At Prime IV Hydration & Wellness, our guests come to recharge and enjoy a “1-Hour Vacation.” As our Spa Coordinator, you are the host of that experience — the energy, the personality, and the welcoming presence that sets the tone the moment someone walks in.
Think of this role as a blend between a boutique fitness front desk leader and a luxury wellness concierge. High-touch hospitality. High energy. Strong social presence. You’re focused on making guests feel taken care of while supporting our membership and sales efforts at the front desk.
This is not a sit-behind-the-desk job. It’s a front-of-house, guest-facing, relationship-building role for someone who thrives on conversation, movement, and technology.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth, high energy, and a professional, polished presence
- Offer spa touches like infused water, hot towels, and friendly conversation
- Help guests feel comfortable and cared for from arrival to checkout
- Support nurses by managing check-ins, guest flow, and non-clinical needs
- Support membership growth by explaining options, answering questions, and helping with sign-ups, renewals, and upgrades at checkout
- Answer incoming calls professionally and confidently make outgoing calls to confirm appointments or follow up with guests
- Use our POS system to handle checkouts, memberships, and retail purchases accurately
- Use basic spreadsheets and computer tools
- Keep the spa clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Assist with events, front desk promotions, and client outreach
- Maintain a calm, friendly presence in a busy, fast-paced spa environment
Who Thrives in This Role
- Outgoing, social, and personable — you naturally connect with people
- Comfortable talking on the phone (both incoming and outgoing calls)
- Confident using computers, POS systems, and basic spreadsheets (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets)
- Experience in boutique fitness, luxury hospitality, salon/spa front desk, or high-end retail is a strong plus
- Comfortable supporting sales conversations around memberships, packages, and services
- Thrives in fast-moving environments (multiple guests, calls, and tasks at once)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

Position Details
- Full-time: 32–40 hrs/week
- Every other weekend required
- Pay: $20–$23/hr tips sales incentives
