Job Overview
A hotel project coordinator is an asset to our sales team working with hospitality design, procurement, ownership, & management professionals. These professionals renovate and newly construct hotels under franchise agreements with global hospitality companies like Hilton, Marriott, & IHG. The focus of a hotel project coordinator is to delight each customer in their experience with Prime Hospitality, while organizing and coordinating each project throughout its entire life span.
Responsibilities
· Creating and coordinating project files
· Creating Sales Orders
· Sending deposit and final balance requests
· Entering order information to project tracking sheets
· Confirming and communicating inventory and manufacturing timelines
· Creating Load Lists, scheduling shipments, and coordinating delivery appointments
· Ensuring customer delight in their relationship with Prime Hospitality Group
Experience
· High level of ability to work in a team environment
· Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
· Notable attention to detail
· Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
· Previous experience in the above listed responsibilities
