mpactThe Digital Marketing & Creative Coordinator brings PHG’s restaurant and hotel brands, along with GLC’s developments, to life through creative content and digital engagement. This hands-on role designs, manages, and executes multi-channel campaigns that elevate brand identity and guest connection. By leveraging design tools, AI technology, and analytics, the Coordinator ensures that all visual and written content aligns with PHG’s standards of excellence, innovation, and guest-centric storytel
ling.
Your Responsibi
lities• Create digital and print materials including social graphics, menus, and promotional colla
teral.• Design and distribute promotional email campaigns across b
rands.• Manage social media content calendars, posting, engagement, and influencer coordination to grow brand pre
sence.• Support photography, videography, and creative asset organization for brand camp
aigns.• Maintain CRM and guest databases, executing segmented and personalized email and loyalty camp
aigns.• Leverage AI-assisted design and analytics tools to enhance content creation and measure engagement perfor
mance.• Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager on campaigns to ensure visual and messaging consistency across plat
forms.• Maintain brand identity across all creative outputs and marketing cha
nnels.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing materials support business objectives and guest exper
ience.
Your Skills/Exp
erience• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Communic
ations.• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, social media, or creative design
roles.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and digital marketing
tools.• Experience using AI-based creative platforms, analytics, and automation
tools.• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication abi
lities.• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and consistency across
brands.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced envir
onment.• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across depar
tments.• Must be willing to relocate to Indianapolis, IN and travel as job necess
itates.
