Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately to create a welcoming environment.
- Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, answer inquiries, and route calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for invoicing and quoting.
- Handle filing, document proofreading, and ensure all paperwork is organized and accessible for team members.
- Support operations management by ordering materials for projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email and supporting client needs.
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring office equipment functions properly.
Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong computer literacy with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and office management is essential.
- Demonstrated clerical experience including data entry and filing
