OpsTech Solutions is accountable for managing all IT infrastructure and end-user equipment deployed across Amazon fulfillment facilities globally. The team is responsible for providing end-to-end solutions for this equipment, including lifecycle management, change control, capital/demand planning, material management, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and liquidation. Our initiatives deliver solutions that power the physical fulfillment of our customers' orders. This includes management of new site launches across the globe that directly support shipping packages to millions of Amazon.com customers.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $46,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $103,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Key job responsibilities
- Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline operations and increase productivity.
- Write clean, well-documented code in languages such as C#, Java, Python, C , or JavaScript.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Basic skills in backend and frontend development, utilizing server-side languages and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).
- Ability to learn AWS services and cloud architecture principles.
- Implement project management best practices
- Develop and maintain project documentation and templates
- Recommend and implement process improvements
- CompTIA A , CompTIA Network , Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
- 2 years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience
- Ability to understand and write basic codes in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, C , or JavaScript
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in software development, automation, and project management
