Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Content Strategy Analyst / Technical Writer with our global technology client in O Fallon, MO. This is a 12-month contract with a potential for extension.
Pay: $43.00 - $48.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Role:
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (Product Managers, Engineers, Testers, etc.) to create and update technical content
- Accountable for the successful completion of high-quality projects within the technical writing function
- Ensure the documentation aligns with the CS&D writing standards
- Manage the review lifecycle and address input and feedback received from internal business partners and external customers
- Provide excellent customer service to our business partners and customers
- Author in XML or markdown, for content creation and editing
- Publish technical content to multiple platforms and output types, such as PDF, HTML, Wiki, and online help file generation

- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with or prepared to learn content management systems (CMS) and other authoring tools, such as Ixiasoft, Oxygen, xMetal, Visual Studio Code
- Basic understanding of DITA/XML, HTML, and PDF
- Experience with MSTP/Chicago/any other technical publication guidelines
- API specification documentation experience is a plus
