Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a major global client in the energy sector. In this role, you'll contribute to high-impact operations at a well-established organization known for operational excellence and safety. The Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving Clerk will play a key role in managing materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting field logistics across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue warehouse materials in accordance with established procedures.
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Coordinate deliveries and manage shipments to field locations.
• Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counts and full physical inventories.
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant warehouse and yard areas.
• Support event logistics, including furniture setup and teardown as needed.
• Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call schedules.
• Experience with warehouse management or document storage systems, such as Collabware preferred.
• Proficiency in inventory tracking and material handling processes.
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems and documentation.
• Prior experience in warehouse, shipping and receiving, or logistics operations preferred.
