Primary Services is excited to announce the Senior Digital Designer role for a large, industry-leading organization operating in the energy sector. This remote opportunity supports a high-volume in-house creative function that develops impactful marketing and digital experiences across multiple channels. We're looking for a Senior Digital Designer who brings on-end design expertise and a strategic mindset to align with business objectives, elevate brand consistency, and improve user engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent design projects and coordinate deliverables across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Conceptualize and execute end-to-end creative solutions from initial concept through final production launch.
- Produce pixel-perfect digital assets including web layouts, iconography, typography systems, animations, and campaign visuals.
- Develop front-end design solutions for digital platforms with attention to responsive and user-centered experiences.
- Utilize CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, and similar systems to implement and support digital content.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing stakeholders to ensure brand standards are consistently applied across all deliverables.
- Deliver production-ready assets across multiple formats, including web, social media, print, and digital advertising.
- Participate in creative strategy discussions and contribute design solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Apply motion and video design tools, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Animate, and related software.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, visual consistency, and quality across all creative outputs under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred.
- 5–7 years of professional experience in agency or in-house creative environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, and Animate.
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, responsive design systems, typography, and layout composition.
- Demonstrated front-end design experience, including familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web production workflows.
- Proven experience working with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, or equivalent systems.
- Portfolio demonstrating digital campaign work across web, mobile, animation, and multi-channel marketing assets.
- Experience producing production-ready assets for print, digital advertising, and broadcast environments.
- Familiarity with digital asset optimization, file preparation standards, and cross-platform delivery requirements.
- Ability to work within structured brand guidelines while adapting design solutions for multiple campaign needs.
