Primary Services is excited to announce the role of IT Recruiter for a large enterprise client seeking a skilled recruiting professional to support end-to-end talent acquisition needs. In this position, the recruiter will drive both active and passive candidate sourcing efforts, collaborate closely with hiring managers and talent partners, and ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The role requires a strong sense of urgency, organization, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions across technical and corporate functions in a large-scale hiring environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for candidate inquiries and ensure a professional, responsive recruitment experience throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers and interview panels to coordinate interviews, manage scheduling changes, and maintain process efficiency.
- Source active and passive candidates using targeted networks, digital platforms, and professional affiliations to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess qualifications and align candidates with role requirements.
- Screen candidates on behalf of hiring managers and present qualified talent for consideration.
- Collaborate with hiring stakeholders to develop competitive and compelling offer strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of candidate progress, hiring activity, and requisition updates within applicant tracking systems.
- Build and sustain long-term candidate relationships to support current and future hiring needs.
- Identify and recommend sourcing strategies for challenging or hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and participate in recruiting-related projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 3 years of proven recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting platforms.
- Experience conducting structured phone screens and candidate assessments.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management systems (CMS).
- Experience managing candidate pipelines through multiple stages of the hiring process.
- Strong familiarity with HR databases and recruiting documentation standards.
- Experience with high-volume or multi-location recruiting environments preferred.
- Exposure to sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms preferred.
- Experience maintaining compliance-focused recruiting records and documentation.
