Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Marketing Analyst for a large, established client. This role plays a pivotal part in bringing the enterprise brand to life through high-profile events, brand activations, and cross-functional initiatives that connect audiences to the company’s purpose and story. The ideal candidate will leverage marketing experience to execute seamless campaigns, support partnerships, and ensure consistent messaging across all brand touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

• Support planning and execution of brand experiences and activations.
• Manage event logistics, deliverables, asset coordination, and timeline tracking.
• Oversee project management tasks including budget tracking, vendor coordination, and internal documentation.
• Prepare presentations and recaps for internal stakeholders.
• Provide on-site support for brand activations and events.
• Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and messaging.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in marketing, events, partnerships, or agency/client service roles.
• Proven experience supporting marketing projects or brand activations.
• Familiarity with event logistics, vendor coordination, and sponsorships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and project management tools.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across internal and external teams.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver brand-consistent experiences that engage target audiences.
