Responsibilities
- Support the Organizational Development and Learning (OD&L) leadership for assigned lines of business.
- Manage OD&L processes and lead significant learning projects across diverse geographies.
- Engage directly with Business Leaders to align learning strategies with business goals.
- Adjust objectives, policies, and plans with a high degree of autonomy.
- Oversee development initiatives for a population exceeding 2,500 employees.
- Collaborate on pan-Business OD&L activities to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
- Provide expert guidance on training and development needs for complex portfolios.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of professional experience in Learning and Development or Organizational Development.
- Successful history supporting large, complex organizations with 2,500 employees.
- Expertise in managing cross-functional projects across multiple regions or business units.
- Advanced proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data analysis software.
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Strategic capability to interface with senior leadership regarding workforce development metrics.
- Professional background within the energy, engineering, or similarly complex industrial sectors.
