Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Inventory & Supply Chain Analyst for a major client in the renewable energy sector. This position offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in inventory management and ERP systems while supporting a growing operating fleet of wind and solar facilities across the United States. You will work closely with procurement and site teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, implement best practice replenishment strategies, and enhance system processes to improve efficiency and cash flow.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain optimal min/max inventory levels for multiple sites.
- Drive and implement replenishment strategies to improve inventory efficiency and cash flow.
- Maintain and improve Material Master data within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and standardization.
- Coordinate intercompany parts sharing and transfers, managing logistics and warehousing activities.
- Collaborate with IT and Inventory teams to support ERP system updates and master data management.
- Review discrepancies between inventory and revenue, proposing and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain inventory reporting standards and KPIs to track levels, shortages, and excess/obsolete materials.
- Support onboarding of new sites, including material setup and training.
- Assist with centralized inventory development, including PIR and Source list management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least one year of inventory management or supply chain experience.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems from an inventory management perspective; SAP S/4Hana and Ariba experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Expertise in warehouse organization and best practices, including kanban and inventory control methods.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret data in limited-information environments.
- Experience in inventory reporting and KPI maintenance.
- Knowledge of renewable energy industry operations is a plus.
