Primary Services is actively recruiting an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist for a large organization. This position plays a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across a variety of business functions. The HR Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with hiring managers, support workforce planning initiatives, and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring efficient and compliant recruiting processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, job requirements, and recruitment strategies.
- Source qualified candidates using applicant tracking systems, job boards, professional networks, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications and job fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation within the applicant tracking system.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare and extend employment offers in accordance with company policies and compensation guidelines.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reporting on hiring activity, time-to-fill, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity requirements.
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in career fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to support onboarding and workforce planning efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for corporate, technical, operational, or professional-level positions.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance requirements.
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, online sourcing tools, and job board platforms.
- Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and generate hiring reports.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience coordinating multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
- Professional Human Resources certification, such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent, is preferred.
- Experience supporting recruiting efforts within utilities, energy, industrial, or regulated industries is a plus.
