In this role, you will manage scheduling for a Free Heating System Tune-Up and Safety Check program, ensuring customers receive accurate information and timely service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, handles multiple calls efficiently, and maintains professionalism while entering and managing critical customer data.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule deliveries for qualifying customers.
- Follow provided scripts to communicate program details and give appropriate information.
- Enter customer data accurately and maintain organized records.
- Coordinate with management regarding schedules, customer updates, and changes.
- Track and report daily activities and service outcomes.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or Somali preferred.
