What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead or support financial transformation initiatives, including process redesign, automation, and system enhancements.
- Utilize Alteryx, Excel, and BI tools to streamline workflows and improve reporting accuracy.
- Partner cross-functionally (IT, FP&A, Operations, Sales) to align projects with organizational goals.
- Develop process maps, identify risk areas, and strengthen internal controls.
- Prepare and review accounting analyses, trend reports, and variance explanations.
- Support audit readiness, compliance, and documentation of standard operating procedures.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or active candidate preferred)
- 2–3 years of progressive corporate accounting experience (public a plus)
- Experience with Alteryx, ERP systems, and data analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills and a proven record of process improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
