Senior Accountant

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead or support financial transformation initiatives, including process redesign, automation, and system enhancements.
• Utilize Alteryx, Excel, and BI tools to streamline workflows and improve reporting accuracy.
• Partner cross-functionally (IT, FP&A, Operations, Sales) to align projects with organizational goals.
• Develop process maps, identify risk areas, and strengthen internal controls.
• Prepare and review accounting analyses, trend reports, and variance explanations.
• Support audit readiness, compliance, and documentation of standard operating procedures.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or active candidate preferred)
• 2–3 years of progressive corporate accounting experience (public a plus)
• Experience with Alteryx, ERP systems, and data analytics tools
• Strong analytical skills and a proven record of process improvement
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
