Bonus: 30% bonus target
Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing strategic direction and performance oversight.
- Manage relationships with major accounts, acting as the primary liaison with senior-level customer contacts.
- Oversee account activities to ensure day-to-day needs are met by the sales team.
- Coordinate all aspects of key account management — including products, pricing, delivery schedules, reporting, and communication.
- Develop and execute pricing strategies that maintain competitive margins.
- Analyze financial performance, prepare forecasts, and set clear goals for key account growth.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within assigned accounts.
- Support weekend check-ins or follow-ups as needed to maintain high-level account service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related OR High school diploma or equivalent
- 4–10 years of experience in foodservice distribution sales management
- Proven experience in foodservice distribution sales management with a track record of successfully leading teams.
- Skilled at managing large, multi-unit customer accounts and building executive-level relationships.
- Experience managing and developing people in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Comfortable balancing operational oversight with customer engagement and team leadership.
