What We’re Looking For:
- The ideal candidate has 8 years of accounting experience with AP/AR knowledge
- 2 years of supervisory experience (required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance (required)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead day-to-day Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and expense processing activities
- Manage a team and help them grow through coaching and feedback
- Review reports and metrics to ensure accuracy and resolve issues quickly
- Drive improvements in systems and workflows to improve speed and accuracy
- Partner with Finance, Treasury, and business leaders to support cash flow and working capital goals
- Monitor compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting standards
- Act as the escalation point for AR, AP, or T&E-related issues
- Support audit activities and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
