Description
PrideStaff is looking for an enthusiastic employee looking for a seasonal position. Mug Heat Press Machine Operator for our personalized drinkware business.
As our Heat Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating multiple heat press machines to apply custom designs to coffee mugs and other drinkware.
This role requires a combination of multitasking, attention to detail and efficiency, while prioritizing safety in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities :
- Comfortable operating 7 mug heat press machines at once (training will be provided), while adhering to our processes.
- Load and unload coffee mugs into each press, ensuring proper placement and alignment.
- Continuously monitor your process to ensure accurate application of designs.
- Inspect finished products for quality, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Unbox and load workspace with product at the end of each day
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in operating machinery in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
- Able to stand and walk continuously during a 4-6 hr shift
- Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push / pull frequently
- Comfortable performing routine tasks with repetitive motion
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet production goals while maintaining quality.
