Position SummaryWe are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to develop new business and expand existing accounts within the food service, hospitality, and commercial supply markets. This role requires a proactive hunter who understands B2B territory development, relationship selling, and margin-driven product distribution. BASE-comp plus commission.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new B2B accounts within restaurants, hospitality groups, catering operations, corporate facilities, and commercial food-service operationsConduct in-person sales visits and product presentationsBuild long-term partnerships with owners, purchasing managers, and operations leadersPromote sustainable packaging solutions, customized branded packaging, janitorial/sanitation products, and related commercial suppliesExecute structured territory sales plansMaintain CRM records and manage pipeline activityAchieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targetsMonitor market trends and competitive landscapeQualifications3 years of outside B2B sales experienceProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotasExperience selling tangible products in a distribution or commercial supply environmentStrong prospecting and relationship-building skillsComfortable conducting in-person sales callsStrong negotiation and closing abilitySelf-motivated and results-driven Preferred experience includes selling into restaurants, hospitality, food-service operations, commercial facilities, packaging distribution, janitorial/sanitation supply, or sustainable product sales.Company DescriptionPrideStaff is a national staffing organization, delivering innovative solutions to the challenges employers face every day.
