Don’t delay, apply today!Order Entry Administrator Job Duties include:Bill of Materials (BOM) Management:Set up and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for new and custom orders.Ensure BOM structures align with engineering specifications and manufacturing requirements.Document Control:Manage and file essential manufacturing documents, including work orders, design specifications, and quality records.Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for easy retrieval of documents.Communication & Coordination:Communicate proactively with Sales, Engineering, and Production teams to clarify order details and resolve discrepancies.Take direction effectively and execute assigned tasks promptly.Future Responsibilities (Training Opportunities):Assist with customer invoicing.Generate and issue Certificates of Conformance (COCs).Order Entry Administrator Preferred Skills include:Manufacturing Knowledge: Foundational understanding of manufacturing or production processes (e.g., how a BOM is used, basic flow of an order from sales to shipment).Engineering Acumen: A basic engineering background or highly developed organizational skills that allow for efficient structuring of technical data.Computational Aptitude: Comfort and proficiency with basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction) for verifying quantities and totals.Order Entry Administrator Requirements may include:Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Excel (for data organization and tracking).Microsoft Word.Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or order management software is a plus.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data entry and document management to minimize errors.Work Ethic: A team player who is receptive to feedback and takes direction well.Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen Must provide 3 professional references Benefits of working with PrideStaff: Medical, Rx, and Wellness Benefits Dental and Vision Plan Options Short-term Disability 401(k) Retirement Plan Holiday PayInterested in this Order Entry position, but don’t have a resume?
