A fast growing company in San Clemente is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join their team. This is an office based position, Monday-Friday with a starting salary of $90k-$110K based on experience.This position is responsible for developing and maintaining required inventory reporting /analysis and data input to support Supply Chain and Operations activities. The roleincludes data analysis and executive level summaries intended to provide the clarityrequired for Open to Buy and inventory management decisions. The Supply ChainManager is responsible for collaborating with the Sales team to create and maintainaccurate sales forecasts relative to trends, assumptions, and customer-related inputs thatare then translated into production forecasts. This person will be expected to interact withExecutive Leadership, Marketing, and Finance teams and be able to relate Operationalresults in relevant terms.Key ResponsibilitiesMeasure supply chain performance, track KPI’s, and report comprehensive status to leadership to drive improvements and efficienciesCommunicate cross-functionally to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement changesInform and help optimize the Sales and Operations Planning processCreate production forecasts and collaborate with overseas and domestic manufacturers to schedule and ship productionAssist with the development of effective forecast models based on trends and demand patternsCollaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to forecast monthly/annual production needs and work with Finance to reconcile differences between the budget and latest forecastManage production timelines for new product integrationsManage inventory levels and ensure necessary purchase orders are executed in a timely mannerCoordinate and schedule international shipments/deliveries with freight forwardersManage freight relationships to ensure the continued quality and delivery of our productsCollaborate with warehouse staff to verify quality of goods upon receiptDevelop strategic solutions to optimize the ordering approach and delivery processQualifications, Technical & Financial SkillsBachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Finance, Statistics, or Supply Chain3-5 years of experience in Data AnalysisAccounting experience is a plusProficient in Excel with Power query/Power BI or equivalent a plusExperience with QuickBooks or NetSuiteAnalytical mind with attention to detail and a strong business acumenExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to communicate with people at all levelsStrong interpersonal and collaborative skillsCapability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentCompany DescriptionPrideStaff South Orange County Mission Viejo works with local businesses to source, interview and recruit candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing in the areas of office and administrative support, customer service, accounting, light industrial, skilled, and general labor.
