A manufacturing company in Rancho Santa Margarita is looking for a Data Entry Specialist for order processing. The hours are 6:30 AM to 3 PM Monday through Friday. This is a temp-to-hire position that pays $23 to $28 an hour, based on experience. This is an on-site position. Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via email and telephone.
- Respond to customer inquiries, research, resolve and follow up on customer issues.
- Create complete and accurate Work Orders from customer Purchase Orders which are received by email
- Familiarity with domestic and international shipping procedures and documentation.
- Maintain and update customer job files appropriately documenting transactions and pertinent interactions.
- Pleasantly and professionally assist customers with placing orders.
Data Entry Specialist Requirements:
- Minimum one-year customer service or call center experience which includes telephone and business email.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a calm professional demeanor while working in a high demand, high volume environment.
- Accurate data entry and precise attention to detail.
- Ability to focus on and enter detailed transactions without distraction.
- Work successfully in a team environment.
- Effective time management.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Able to communicate effectively in English; able to comprehend and follow both written and verbal instructions.

Salary : $23 - $28
