Bilingual Quality Control Supervisor Job Description:
PrideStaff is working with a local supply chain business who is seeking a Bilingual Quality Control Supervisor. The Bilingual Quality Control Supervisor will lead quality operations across multiple shifts by supervising staff, upholding standards, driving improvements, and supporting production teams. The ideal Bilingual Quality Control Supervisor has multiple years of experience in quality control, is fluent in Spanish and English, works independently and is able to lead others in day-to-day operations. The Bilingual Quality Control Supervisor is a full time, temp to hire position in Southaven, MS.
Bilingual Quality Control Supervisor Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee & Enforce Quality Control Processes Company-Wide
- Ensure Products Meet Established Quality Standards & Specifications
- Identify, Investigate, & Resolve Quality Issues
- Train & Coach Team Members on Quality Procedures & Best Practices
- Communicate Effectively With Production & Leadership Teams
- Adjust Schedule as Needed to Support Operational Priorities
- Follow All Safety & PPE Requirements
Bilingual Quality Control Supervisor Job Requirements:
- HS Diploma Or Equivalent Required
- 2 Years of Quality Control Experience Required
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish & English
- Ability to Work Independently & Manage Priorities
- Flexible, Dependable, & Team-Oriented
- Excellent Leadership & Decision-Making Skills
- Must be Able to Work Overtime When Required
