Responsibiltiles:
Conduct routine inspections of commercial cleaning sites
Ensure all work meets company quality standards
Identify and correct any issues immediately
Train and coach cleaning technicians on proper procedures
Communicate with management regarding job performance an concerns
Take before/;after photos and document job quality
Qualifications:
Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning (required)
Strong attention to detail and high standards
Ability to lead and coach team members professionally
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation:
$18-$23/hour (based on experience)
