PrideStaff is recruiting for an Administrative Office Clerk to join a local business. The Administrative Office Clerk will be responsible for day-to-day operations and administrative office duties across various departments. The ideal Administrative Office Clerk has multiple years of Administrative experience, solid Quickbooks, Excel, Outlook, MS Office and Salesforce knowledge, coupled with excellent time management and communication skills. The Administrative Office Clerk is a full time, temp to hire position in Memphis, TN.
Administrative Office Clerk Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain Electronic & Physical Filing System For Reports, Contracts, & Records With High Accuracy
- Monitor, Order, & Maintain Inventory For Office Supplies & Equipment Including Paper, Printers, Fax Etc...
- Assist in Maintaining a Clean & Organized Professional Office Environment
- Answer & Direct Phone Calls in a Professional Manner, Taking Messages as Needed
- Greet & Assist Visitors & Clients to Appropriate Personnel
- Handle All Incoming & Outgoing Mail, Packages & Correspondences
- Write, Draft, Proofread, & Edit Memos, Letters, Reports, & Internal Communications
- Perform Accurate & Timely Data Entry Into Databases, Spreadsheets, & Assist With Photocopying, Scanning & Faxing Documents
- Prepare Documents For Business Transactions & Reports
- Schedule & Coordinate Meetings & Appointments For Staff, Meetings & Manage Calendars & Book Rooms as Needed
- Support Staff With Ad-Hoc Administrative Tasks & Special Projects as Requested
Administrative Office Clerk Job Requirements:
- HS Diploma Or Equivalent Required
- Associates Degree in Business or Administration Preferred
- Previous Knowledge of Bookkeeping or Invoicing Procedures Preferred
- 1-2 Years of Proven Experience in an Administrative, Clerical, or Office Support Role
- Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks, CRM Databases Including Salesforce
- Exceptional Organizational & Time Management Skills With a High Degree of Accuracy
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Must be Able to Work Independently With Minimal Supervision & Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously to Meet Deadlines
