At our Carlsbad, CA facility, you’ll start your shift by reviewing the day’s orders and planning the most efficient route through inventory. Scanner in hand, you’ll locate each item, verify accuracy against order specifications, and perform a quick quality check. Once confirmed, you’ll pack products securely, label each shipment, and stage it for outbound carriers—keeping everything moving on schedule.
Throughout the day, you’ll help maintain a tidy, well-organized workspace to promote safety and speed. When pallets need to be moved or replenishment is required, you’ll put your sit-down forklift experience to work. You’ll coordinate with teammates to hit daily targets, jump in to restock inventory, and always follow established safety protocols.
What You’ll Do- Pick and pack items precisely to match order details.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Prepare, label, and stage packages for shipment.
- Keep work areas clean and organized for safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to reach daily production goals.
- Assist with inventory tasks and restocking as needed.
- Adhere to safety procedures at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Required: experience operating a sit-down forklift.
- Background in warehouse or fulfillment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Capability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory and order processing.
- Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
