Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained. This role involves operating managing inventory and coordinating with shipping carriers to facilitate timely delivery of products. Experience with office management systems is preferred to support seamless order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. The shift begins at 4:00AM and goes till 12:30PM each day.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders
- Use Office management systems to track inventory levels, process orders, and update stock records
- Prepare shipments by packaging products securely according to company standards, including labeling and documentation
- Manage shipping & receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation for each transaction
- Stock shelves and organize inventory efficiently to facilitate quick order picking and replenishment
- Assist in cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock replenishment activities using MRPs and office distribution procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines in a high-volume e-commerce environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in shipping & receiving, or order fulfillment is highly preferred
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts
- Experience with packaging materials and techniques for secure shipment of products
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
