What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter position at Priderock Capital Management, LLC?
We are seeking a highly motivated Porter to join our amazing Maintenance Team at our community in Pembroke Pines, FL. As a Porter, you will be responsible for the upkeep and appearance of our property grounds, amenities, building exteriors as well as leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings in a multi-family residential property environment.
Qualifications:
- Light maintenance/porter duty experience with a multifamily apartment community preferred
- The ability to follow directions and communicate and work well with others required
Responsibilities:
- Enhance and maintain the upkeep of the property grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, as well as parking lots and other community buildings
- Remove trash from office areas, amenities and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis
- Assist in preparation of make ready units, including removal of trash in vacant apartments (trash outs)
- Assist Maintenance team with seasonal duties
- Assist Maintenance team as needed with various tasks required
- Maintain curb appeal
- Uphold all company policies, goals and values
