Payroll Analyst – Semiconductor Industry

We are hiring a Payroll Analyst for a leading global organization in the semiconductor equipment manufacturing industry. This role supports a fast-paced, highly regulated, and innovation-driven environment where accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail are critical to business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple departments and locations
- Partner with third-party payroll vendors and internal stakeholders
- Audit payroll data and reconcile discrepancies by department, location, and entity
- Interpret and apply payroll policies including PTO, LOA, disability, workers’ compensation, union contracts, and tax regulations
- Support payroll system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations and reporting requirements
- Assist with internal and external audits, tax filings, and documentation
- Provide backup support for specialized payroll functions such as commissions or equity-related processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Strong knowledge of US payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards
- Experience working in a structured, high-volume corporate environment
