We are hiring a Payroll Analyst for a leading global organization in the semiconductor equipment manufacturing industry. This role supports a fast-paced, highly regulated, and innovation-driven environment where accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail are critical to business operations.

You will be part of a collaborative payroll and HR team supporting complex, multi-state payroll operations and a highly skilled technical workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple departments and locations
• Partner with third-party payroll vendors and internal stakeholders
• Audit payroll data and reconcile discrepancies by department, location, and entity
• Interpret and apply payroll policies including PTO, LOA, disability, workers’ compensation, union contracts, and tax regulations
• Support payroll system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations and reporting requirements
• Assist with internal and external audits, tax filings, and documentation
• Provide backup support for specialized payroll functions such as commissions or equity-related processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Strong knowledge of US payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards
• Experience working in a structured, high-volume corporate environment
