🛠️ Key responsibilities

• Maintain & troubleshoot conveyors, mixers, ovens, pumps, motors, baggers, fillers, wrappers & more
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to reduce downtime
• Perform basic PLC troubleshooting (no programming needed)
• Assist with installation & setup of new machinery
• Keep accurate work orders & maintenance logs
• Follow food safety, GMP, HACCP & SQF standards
• Safely use hand tools, power tools & industrial equipment
• Maintain a clean & organized workspace
• Operate & maintain high-pressure steam boilers

✅ Qualifications

• 2–5 years as a maintenance or industrial mechanic (food manufacturing preferred)
• Strong mechanical skills with industrial machinery
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics & manuals
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics & basic electrical troubleshooting
• Familiarity with CMMS systems is a plus
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, climb & work safely
• Must have or obtain NJ Black Seal Boiler Operator license
