Our client is launching a new, state-of-the-art baking production facility and is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to help establish and lead the maintenance operation.
This is an opportunity to join a facility at its earliest stage and play a key role in building maintenance standards, supporting a skilled technical team, and ensuring operational reliability.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of 12–15 maintenance technicians
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Implement and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Support automated production systems including robotics, PLCs, and VFDs
- Collaborate with production teams, OEM partners, and contractors to maintain operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
- 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automated manufacturing equipment
- Leadership mindset with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement
