Job Title: Environmental Service Technician Lead – Healthcare

Location: West Bend – Multiple Sites in the Wisconsin Area

Job Type: Full-Time

EVS Technician Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor staff within the facilities.
• Assist Supervisor in overseeing the day-to-day operations of all employees.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Provide training and continuous education to all supervisors and employees.

Quality Assurance:

• Maintain inventory and delivery of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring their proper usage, storage, and maintenance.
• Perform Housekeeping, Laundry, Floor Care, Maintenance duties as directed.
• Seasonal Snow Removal/Lawncare.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a housekeeping or environmental services role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a Leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, infection control, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, patients, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies or urgent situations as needed.
• High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and patient/resident privacy.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Valid Drives License and ability to drive a box truck or cargo van.
