Field Service Engineer III
Pay rate: From $100k to $110k

We are seeking Field Service Engineers to join a world-class organization at the forefront of semiconductor manufacturing technology. Our client is a global innovator that designs and supports advanced wafer fabrication equipment used by the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair sophisticated electro-mechanical systems at customer sites while delivering exceptional technical support and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install, commission, relocate, and service semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime.
- Analyze equipment performance and identify root causes of system issues.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
- Document service activities and communicate technical information clearly.
- Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and customer improvement initiatives.
- Provide professional customer support while maintaining high service standards.
- Participate in technical training and certification programs.
- Mentor less experienced engineers when appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience with installation, maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment.
- Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required protective equipment.
- Willingness to travel as required, including occasional domestic and international travel.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, overtime, and on-call schedules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Compensation
- Senior Field Service Engineer III: $100,000–$110,000 annually
- A few additional openings are available for Field Service Engineer Level I and Field Service Engineer Level II, with compensation based on experience and qualifications.
