Job Requirements:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, preventative maintenance, and system checks on facility equipment and utilities
- Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and respond to emergency or after-hours situations
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or trade certification with 5–6 years of experience, or associate degree with 4 years of experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boilers, and related systems
- Good problem-solving skills, computer proficiency, and ability to work independently
