CNC Multi-Axis Machining Specialist

Job description:

Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Multi-Axis Lathe Machinist to join our first shift team. This role involves working with advanced multi-tasking machines that combine turning and machining capabilities, allowing for efficient, single-setup production.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00/hour (based on experience)

Overtime available

Key Responsibilities

• Program and set up CNC multi-axis machines based on blueprints and specifications
• Operate Mazak Integrex machines and similar equipment
• Work with live tooling lathes for complex part production
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Select and troubleshoot tooling and fixtures
• Develop and document reliable machining processes
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, bore gauges, etc.)
• Collaborate with team members to improve productivity and efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience with Mazak Integrex machines
• Strong knowledge of G-Code and Mazatrol programming
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience machining various materials, including plastics
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Solid computer skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to commute or relocate to East Aurora, NY (14052)
• Ability to work on-site (this is not a remote position)
