CNC Multi-Tasking Machinist

Full-Time Position

Pay: $25.00–$35.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

A high-tech manufacturing facility is seeking a skilled CNC Multi-Tasking Machinist to join a productive and precision-driven team. This position operates advanced CNC multi-tasking machines that combine turning and machining capabilities, enabling efficient single-setup production, improved accuracy, and reduced lead times. Former team members are encouraged to apply; seniority will be reinstated if rehired.

Responsibilities

• Program and set up CNC machines using G-Code and Mazatrol based on prints and written instructions
• Operate multi-tasking turning/machining centers and live tooling lathes
• Select, set up, and troubleshoot tooling and fixtures
• Work with a variety of materials, including plastics
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Develop, document, and maintain reliable machining processes
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and bore gauges
• Contribute positively to a collaborative, productivity-focused team environment
  
  

Requirements

• Experience running Mazak Integrex equipment
• Knowledge of G-Code and Mazatrol
• CNC programming and setup experience
• Live tooling lathe experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Experience working with plastics and other materials
• Knowledge of tooling and fixture selection and troubleshooting
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication
