Job Title: Talent Development Consultant
๐ Client Location: Aurora, CO 80045 (Hybrid)
๐ Schedule: 40 hours/week | Day Shift
๐ Duration: 13 Weeks (Contract)
๐ฏ Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Development Consultant to support organizational development initiatives, onboarding programs, and performance management processes. This role requires strong facilitation skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to enhance employee experience and development strategies.
๐ Work Schedule
Hybrid Role
2โ3 Mondays/month onsite in Colorado Springs (7:30 AM โ 12 PM for orientation facilitation)
Remaining days remote
๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities
Manage pre-orientation logistics for onsite sessions
Facilitate Team Member Orientation programs
Support and improve performance management processes, including:
Goal setting
Performance evaluations
Calibration
Provide consultation on:
Onboarding strategies
Employee engagement initiatives
Career development pathways
Team Member Experience (TMX)
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to support talent development initiatives
โ Required Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
OR equivalent experience
4 years of experience in:
Corporate training
Organizational development
8 years of experience can substitute for degree
โญ Preferred Qualifications
Strong experience in facilitation and training delivery
Knowledge of instructional design & content development
Experience in program or project management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Must be comfortable with onsite facilitation in Colorado Springs (2โ3 times/month)
Focus on performance management, onboarding, and employee engagement
