Job Type: Part-Time (Saturday daytime Monday evenings)
Compensation: Hourly Plus Commission - Averaging ~$22 per hour
Reports to: Director of First Impressions

Position Overview

As a First Impression Specialist, you’ll be the warm, friendly face that greets every student, parent, and visitor at our Arvada academy. Your role is essential in creating a positive, memorable experience from the moment someone steps inside. From assisting with memberships to keeping our space clean and organized, you’ll help maintain the high standards Easton is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Customer Service
• Greet members and guests with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Answer questions about our programs and class schedules
• Provide tours of the facility to prospective members
• Respond to phone calls, text messages, and emails promptly and professionally
• Administrative Support
• Assist new members with registration, membership sign-ups, and waiver completion
• Input and maintain accurate data in our member management system
• Confirm appointments and follow up with leads
• Facility Maintenance
• Keep common areas clean, organized, and well-stocked (laundry, retail display, etc.)
• Ensure the lobby, front desk, and restrooms reflect our cleanliness standards
• Team Collaboration
• Work closely with instructors, management, and fellow staff to support daily operations
• Participate in meetings or training as needed to stay aligned with our values and systems

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using basic software systems
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in martial arts or fitness is a plus (but not required!)

Schedule & Availability

• Saturday (Day Shift)
• Monday (Evening Shift)

Opportunity for additional hours may become available over time. Shifts are only about 3-6 hours.
