Phlebotomist

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Bentonville, AR! This is a 3 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist II or Phlebotomist III - Floater

Location: Bentonville, AR 72712

Available shifts: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $25/hour (Based on years of experience)

$28/hour for floaters

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric blood collections.
• Collect, process, label, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
• Verify patient identification and ensure specimen labeling accuracy.
• Obtain patient signatures and complete required documentation.
• Follow established procedures for clinical and forensic specimen collection.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with quality assurance standards.
• Promote a safe, professional, and patient-centered environment.
• Demonstrate organizational commitment and professionalism when interacting with patients, clients, and colleagues.
• Support Patient Service Centers and physician office locations as business needs require.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

Candidate must have reliable transportation, valid driver license, and clean driving record.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
