Priceline is following a hybrid working model, which includes two days onsite as determined by you and your manager (ideally selecting among Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). On the remaining days, you can choose to be remote or in the office.

In This Role You Will Get To
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting continuous learning and development within the accounts payable team
- Oversee and manage the vendor onboarding process, ensuring accurate setup and compliance.
- Daily review of payments for accuracy and running pay cycles across various currencies and payment methods to assist with payment processing.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure proper expense allocation.
- Manage vendor and internal relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving payment issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the broader finance team to facilitate a smooth month-end close process, reconciling accounts and addressing any discrepancies
- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline accounts payable processes and enhance efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and changes in accounting regulations related to accounts payable
- 8 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- 4 years of leadership or managerial experience
- Detail oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Organized and able to multitask, responsible for handling coordinators
- Proficient Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet skills
- Working experience and technical knowledge of various Oracle and/or Accounts Payable related systems and required interfaces.
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally
- Strong planning and organizational skills required to handle a sophisticated process involving multiple internal and external customers
- Strong analytical ability requiring a high degree of attention to detail
