What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Foreman position at PRICE ELECTRIC?
PRICE ELECTRIC is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead and supervise job site teams on projects throughout Eastern Iowa. This position is the primary on-site contact and is responsible for safety, quality, productivity, and successful project execution.
What you'll do:
- Lead and supervise electrical crews while promoting a strong safety culture
- Ensure work meets all code, quality, company, and customer standards
- Plan and schedule labor and resources, including 2-week look-ahead schedules
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades
- Monitor productivity, materials, and job progress to meet timelines
- Use tools such as Procore, BIM, Outlook, Teams, and related technology
- Mentor and train apprentices and team members
What we're looking for:
- Graduate of an accredited electrical apprenticeship with at least 2 years relevant work experience (or equivalent education/training)
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Active electrical license (Journeyman license may be required based on work)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred
