Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and B2B outreach, to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Conduct personalized vehicle presentations, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs while upselling additional products or services.
- Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
- Manage inventory control and dealership CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, in person, or online, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers, new models, and dealership events to attract prospective buyers.
- Maintain organized records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory updates to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end sales environments.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with organizational abilities to manage multiple clients and inventory effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases.
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills complemented by public speaking experience to confidently present vehicles and close deals.
- Ability to perform cold calling, outbound sales activities, and upselling strategies effectively.
