The Role
As a Commercial Customer Service Representative, you'll be the backbone of their client relationships. You'll work directly with business owners to service their commercial insurance needs, ensuring they feel supported and protected every step of the way.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial lines clients, handling policy questions, changes, and renewals
- Process certificates of insurance, endorsements, and policy documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Build genuine relationships with clients through proactive communication—picking up the phone instead of hiding behind email
- Collaborate with producers to support new business and retention efforts
- Navigate carrier systems and agency management software to maintain accurate client records
- Take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution—no passing the buck
Who You Are
- 2 years of commercial insurance experience (P&C license required)
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in exceptional service
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills—you don't let things fall through the cracks
- A clear communicator who prefers a phone call to a text message

- Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems. Their agency utilizes state-of-the-art software and systems to service their customers. Knowing modern software and technology will be required.
