Job Title: Onboarding/Payroll Specialist
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding and payroll experience for new hires. This includes logging into the HRIS system, verifying new hire data, and coordinating with various teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify new hire data entered into HRIS (ADP Workforce Now)
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and payroll setup
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment and tax laws
- Review and process I-9 forms, direct deposit info, W-4s, and employment eligibility documents
- Audit payroll data for accuracy
- Respond to employee inquiries related to onboarding documents and payroll setup
