Summary
:This position is part of HR Services, which provides support to customers across a variety of HR-related services, including talent acquisition administration, responding to customers’ questions and needs, advising on HR policies and practices, and executing transactions that support customer requests
.Additional responsibilities include administration, regular communication and reporting, research and problem solving, project participation and coordination, auditing system information, and conducting training
.Major Duties/Responsibilities
- :Daily attendance tracking
- .FMLA tracking and administration reporting
- .Talent Acquisition support – create interview schedules and prepare documentation for interviews
- .Onboarding/Orientation support – prepare new hire packets, schedule and coordinate orientations, organize documentation, and conduct HR orientation presentations
- .Insurance enrollment/billing administration – process terminations, new hires, and leave notifications
- .Employee support – assist with employee requests and answer employee phone calls
- .Provide backup support for the front desk and phone
- .Support HR with other projects and tasks as assigned
