We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional legal work within a collaborative, flexible, and supportive environment.Our San Diego office is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join our team in a hybrid role that promotes both professional excellence and work-life balance.ResponsibilitiesRepresent employers in employment litigation in California state and federal courts, including matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour class and PAGA actions.Draft and argue motions, prepare responsive pleadings, conduct depositions, and appear at hearings and mediations.Handle administrative matters before the EEOC, DFEH/CRD, DLSE, and related agencies.Conduct workplace investigations and advise employers on compliance with California labor laws.Draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, policies, and training materials.Provide strategic counseling and proactive guidance to clients to minimize legal risk.Maintain a 1850-hour annual billable target while delivering consistently high-quality work.QualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school.Active membership in the California Bar (required).3–10 years of experience in labor & employment law, including litigation and counseling.Strong working knowledge of California employment laws and wage & hour regulations.Experience with class actions or PAGA matters is a plus, but not required.Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating effectively with a team.Strong client-service mindset with excellent communication skills.What We OfferHybrid work schedule with flexibility (2–3 days in the office per week).Competitive salary and performance-based bonus structure.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.Professional development support, CLE reimbursement, and mentorship from senior attorneys.A diverse, collegial, and inclusive workplace culture.
