What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chief Financial Officer position at Prevail Recruiting?
About the Company
A rapidly growing technology services organization is seeking its first true Chief Financial Officer to help scale the business from approximately $500 million in annual revenue to more than $1 billion over the next several years. This is not a turnaround, restructuring, or accounting clean-up opportunity. The company has strong financial controls, clean audits, established lender relationships, and an experienced finance operations team already in place. The need is for a strategic finance leader who can build a world-class FP&A function, improve profitability, evaluate acquisitions, and help create the financial roadmap for the next stage of growth. The organization operates nationally, serves a diverse customer base across public and private sectors, and combines product resale, professional services, and recurring managed services offerings. The company remains founder-led, profitable, and growth-focused, with a long-term vision that may ultimately include public-company readiness.

The successful candidate will bring strong analytical rigor while maintaining the practical mindset necessary to support a fast-growing entrepreneurial organization.
