This is a third shift position with a schedule of 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, Monday through Friday.

Job Overview:
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production process and the timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, coordinating schedules, and implementing process improvements to optimize productivity and quality.
What You will Do:
- Achieve desired production performance results across all KPIs, including tracking and ownership of improvement for key KPI’s.
- Supervise and direct the work of direct reports (7 to 10) across assigned shift. Identify projects to drive to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Place a strong focus on workplace safety; this plant has gone over six years without a lost-time injury
- Responsible for safety compliance and environmental policies and for ensuring that all employees adhere to these policies, including basic housekeeping and 5S.
- Utilize time-keeping system to monitor and approve work hours.
- Assist in projects related to safety and process improvements.
- Work well cross functionally with maintenance and quality to ensure optimal production and to products meet specifications.
- Ensure employees have the proper training and tools to perform their job effectively and efficiently.
- Actively lead and/or participate in plant Safety Committees, OEE workshops and projects, 5S and kaizen projects, etc.
- Assist on the production line when needed.
You will Be a Good Fit If You Have:
- 2 years of experience in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- 1 years plastics blow molding operations (injection of preforms, 2-Stage, EBM, ISBM, IBM).
- Strong leadership and people skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, including assembly, machining, and quality control.
- Proven history of implementing process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using production management software and ERP systems.
- Demonstrated understanding of safety regulations and ability to promote a safe working environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish (this is a plus).
