Production Supervisor

• Job Summary:** Supervises the molding operation for the assigned
  
  

shift. **Responsibilities and Duties:** - Assign floor support people to

machines and areas. Monitor their performance. - Assure proper operation

of machines, continued supply of raw materials, inserts and packaging. -

Assure proper movement of product according to work orders and the

quality plan. - Get quick resolution to machine alarms and quality

problems. Shut down machines when correction cannot be made. - Review

and initially move tags on defective material or send to MRB as

necessary. - Assist in machine set-up when required. - Assign priorities

to inspection personnel on off shifts to achieve production schedules.

• Additional Duties:** - Will comply with all company policies and
  
  

procedures. - Will perform other duties as assigned and directed.

• Education and Experience:** - High school diploma or equivalent. -
  
  

Minimum of three years in injection molding. - Proven supervisory

skills. **Physical Requirements:** - Must be able to stand and/or walk

80% of the day. - Must be able to lift 50 pounds. **Disclaimer:** The
