What You'll Do
As a Commercial Excellence Intern, you’ll help transform critical business knowledge into structured, digital learning tools by:
- Conducting interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs)
- Capturing workflows, terminology, and commercial processes
- Organizing content into structured learning modules
- Building interactive lesson pages using Articulate Rise
- Supporting development of the Pretium Commercial Playbook
- Collaborating with Commercial Excellence leadership
- Managing documentation, version control, and content tracking
- Incorporating feedback into training modules
- Tracking project milestones and progress
What You'll Work On
You’ll support the Pretium Playbook Development initiative — transforming tribal knowledge into scalable digital learning assets designed to:
- Improve onboarding speed
- Increase consistency across commercial teams
- Strengthen institutional knowledge
- Build long-term commercial capability
- Create enterprise-level training infrastructure

Required
